- Gift cards, digital products, or consumables like perfumes and lotions

- Ship the Product: Send the item back to the address provided in the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
Please note that all returns must be received in new, unused condition for a full refund. We will not accept items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
Please be aware that Pacetopic will deduct the return shipping fees from your refund if the return is not due to a mistake on our part (e.g., you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong product). Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Currently, Pacetopic does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. We recommend contacting our customer service team if you need assistance with your exchange request.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
